Damn, I did not know it was that bad. Still LV is in the middle of the Desert not sure what Hotel Operators are going to do when the water reaches critical mass. I think the problem is that they are growing way to fast without the thought of tomorrow, kinda like everyone is so eager to make a profit they care little about everything else.

I'm just surprised that they shut off all the fountains this year. Must be a cost savings thing, I can't imagine the water being very cheap out there.
No it cannot be LV and I believe all of Nevada is in a bad water drout. When I visited Hover Dam and the water line on the lake that feeds LV was a good 50 feet below the water mark.

They looked like they were in the process of servicing/removing them so there was alot of uncoupled pipe so turning them on would'nt have accomplished much
Ya, the AP is about to do some renovations and those fountains are on the list. Not sure if they are going away or getting rebuilt, but they wouldnt have worked if the water had been on.

They wouldn't give us a discount even when we promised to pay in advance :(

Pumps are expensive when you have to replace or clean them. If memory serves there were numerous soaping, kool aiding and general "i don't wanna know what the hell that is" dumps the past few years.

    Common Area Damage?

What does the AP do if there is damage to a common area (lounge, lobby, pools, etc)?

I know at some spring break type hotels, the hotel spreads the cost of the damages across all of the registered guests.

They never gave me a price sheet, but I did get a flyer for Wayne Newton.

They think I'm old. :( ...but that means they will never suspect me.

Thanks to TX2600 again, I have added the DC12 damage list to the grid at http://www.renderlab.net/DC11/pricelist.html

No changes this year. They probobly just reprinted last years. Nice to know though that despite raising room rates, the damage costs did'nt go up this year.

Note to TX2600, Hackajar: I'll be hosting the copies of the price list to mitigate bandwidth waste on your end from my un-courteous linking. I gave you props though
