How do I carry my iMac G5?

How has the iBook been so far? I am thinking of getting an iBook or a Powerbook but still cant decide yet. Going to be my first Mac too.

If you are looking for full functionality when using Win apps and Linux then I strongly recommend the Powerbook. I've been running the G4 PB for a year and love it!!

For the three Win apps that I couldn't get to funtion correctly under OS X, I've installed Virtual PC which works great...only issue has been with one W2K patch and the new java console. Otherwise works great.

For the Linux programs that you need then you either use a ported version for MAC OS X or use the X windows for BSD.

I don't know how a person survives without a PCMCIA slot.

This is all so true, as I ran out and bought the 12" PB when it first came out and kick myself for not waiting for the 15". Oh well, I am happy with the over all switch to mac though.
