    Thanks Kree!

Lots of work, but well worth it.

Is it an original B.O.P motor?
No. Actually it's got a small block bowtie from a '72 Vette that a friend had ported and bored .30 over before he changed his mind and went with a 454ci (that thing SCREAMS!). I got it discount for a hundred bucks! The whole drive train is Chevrolet for the availability of the parts. You don't want to know how hard it is finding original '69 Firebird parts - it's the only year they made this particular body style. Other than the drive train, though, the car is all original (body, emblems, interior, steering wheel, etc. Even the pedals are stock).

...I take it you made the automotive networks talk this year too.
Nah, I'm not a car show kinda guy. I prefer to show her off at the local A&W - especially when the kids show up with their tricked out Nissans and such! It's even funner to see their faces when my stereo out "booms" theirs.

The coolest thing about this car is that it gets driven...hard...every day. Like the Road Warrior!

Thanks again for the kind words!

Like Kry0NiK, I have many plans to make it "a truly geeky muscle car". GPS and navigation equipment is next on my list. Eventually all systems will port through an onboard computer.

Your not the only one. I'm also thinking that the Cannonball rum might be fun w/ 500hp but I'd be to scared of blowing something that I could'nt replace easily

I am biased. I have a 1968 Plymouth Satellite in my garage. Its a classic b body muscle car with no emissions. Someday it will come to defcon as a war driver. Lots of plans to make it a truly geeky muscle car.

Thanks, it is an original 1965 427 SC Cobra. However, it still belongs to the original owner, my grandpa, so it was bought at the going price in March of 1965. I just get to drool over it.

That is an awsome car lil_freak. Is it an original or replica? Either way, its very nice, and probably was expensive.

This one is my favorite (427 Shelby Cobra), however it still needs some engine work done to it before it can be driven again. (Lic. Plate number was blocked out on purpose, the last thing I need is people tracking me down )

Mint shape with the 305 (the 350 twisted the body so much it popped the t-top), 5 speed manual. Not a classic yet, but still a nice car. The paint is immaculate which makes it the only 80's Camaro in town that does'nt look like it was driven into the ground by the local mullet headed rednecks like so many before it.
3rd gen f-bodys are very nice and although not quite a classic yet, they are well on there way! It is nice to hear about f-bodys that are taken care of. I am in the process of restoring my 87' Pontiac GTA Trans AM. Black on Black hardtop, 350 TPI, 700R4 trans. Oh and yeah if I had t-tops they would have probably poped too, as my hardtop has 1" stress cracks at the top of the b-pillar corners. Also owned an 84' Trans AM w/t-tops and a 305 quadrajunk, T-5 trans. Good cars, damn good cars!

*That* particular Seven was a good choice. I'd rather have a Morgan myself, but it'd be hard to pass up that one.
