Anyone here have a classic car they admire from the old days? I have always liked the Boss Mustang, and there was that cool Shelby Mustang in Gone In 60 Seconds.

The Citroen 2CV. In my opinion still the best car ever made, and certainly still the best I've ever owned.

This is pretty close to my old 240Z, except I had the original bumper with the side lights underneath it , and no aftermarket chin spoiler.

I forget the specs, but it was overbored with a high performance cam. This combined with the weber carbs made it a bitch to tune. But when it ran ...

My dad had a 1967 Corvette. Beautiful car. Sadly he sold it before I could drive it. Aww well my uncle has the 3rd to last made Zr1 and I got to drive that last summer so I am not too upset. Corvettes are the American dream car.
              Did Everquest teach you that?

My dad has an 88' Camaro IROC-Z (Z28 package) T-top with only 34,000 Km on it.

Mint shape with the 305 (the 350 twisted the body so much it popped the t-top), 5 speed manual. Not a classic yet, but still a nice car. The paint is immaculate which makes it the only 80's Camaro in town that does'nt look like it was driven into the ground by the local mullet headed rednecks like so many before it.

Back in 1986 I owned a red 1970 Chevelle SS 454. It had a 4-speed transmission w/ a Hurst in-line shifter and a 12 bolt rear end w/ Lakewood ladder bars. It wasn't perfect...but it was sorta fast.
I wrecked (totaled) the darn thing only about 2 blocks from home when I was 18.

At this moment, my father keeps his 1951 Ford sedan in MY garage. It is sooo cool! It has a custom grill, custom interior, GM tilt wheel, GM 350 c.i. (5.7 liter for the metric crowd), 1978 camaro front clip (frame), and a 9" Ford rear. It is blue & white....reminds me of an old police car. He shows in in the local car shows.
Although it is in MY garage, he won't let me drive it!

Not currently (I have the Mehari variant, which was only sold here for two years), but I know several people who do. They're actually not all that uncommon here (and there's a surprisingly steady demand for them), but trying to import a '73-on model is a pain in the ass - particularly in California.
