Hacking PocketbikePlanet.com - Need Help

Alright, well for some stupid reason they have IP Banned me and I have been using Annoyamous proxies to go around that however now they somehow made it so their site will not transmit information back to a proxy as while behind a proxy or my banned IP I cannot even get a response from the site.

What can I do? I need to access the site.

Btw: Would anyone know how to hack the admins account? Hehe. I'll pay.
