They all suck. Under no circumstances should you use any of them.

Stick some wires and chips and whatnot in a jar of mayonnaise and use that. It's also unhackable and makes a tasty sandwich filling.

As a matter of fact, yes, I am booted into Windows XP right now. Your point?

If you want to play 'let's see who's got the bigger OS pee-pee', I can give you a rundown of what I'm running here if you really want.

I would have chosen Slackware, but thats only because I use it and it's simply the only one for me. :

I've been a Slackware user since the early 90s. As other distros came out I always found myself going back to Slack. Its simple, to the point, does what I want it to and nothign more. However, I have been using Gentoo more and more and am beginning to find that its clean and simple like Slackware but has a real package management system (sorry, but pkgtool doesnt cut it).

I return whatever i wish . Its called FREEDOWM OF RANDOMNESS IN A HECK . CLUSTERED DEFEATED CORn FORUM . Welcome to me

I have been using Slackware for about 4 years now, and I have also allways gone back to Slackware after I have tried other distros. Do you recommend me to try Gentoo? Is it much different except pkgtool? Has Gentoo the same simplicity as Slackware?

I have become enchanted with gentoo myself.. none of the bullshit ya don't need, and emerge 0wns. True.. it may take you a fucking week to get it how you want it, (or compile the damn thing!), but if you have the spare time to screw around with it the effort pays off.

As you can see, you might as well have said "What god should I follow?" This is a religious war... there is no right answer. You have to pick what works for you.
