You can try Armor2net Personal Firewall. It has a "Net State" function which can show the currently active connections and the details of these connections, including Remote Address/Port, Local Application/Port, Protocol and Status. Last time I used, PrcView, it was only the processes running on my computer, not the active conections, which I believe is being asked here. A very similar program that I did use for that was TCPView(.exe)...google should show up this freeware app.
EDIT: Sorry, some one else posted TCPView before me. Most third party firewall software should have some kind of GUI view of connections. Obviously some are better than others.

Not that I know of off the top of my head (at least that is included with windows). I know TCPview will let you.
