Audiophile 2496 ?

Hey guys, I have an M-Audio Audiophile 2496 sound card. I'm new to linux and it doesn't automatically detect my card (not that I expected it to). Ive searched around for drivers but have had no luck. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

LoST is not a bad guy. If you look through his history of posts, you should find many are useful and helpful, and sometimes humorous. I won't defend his post above (that is up to him) but would suggest giving him a chance to respond; I think you might be surprised. :-)
