World of WarCraft

besides I do not think these are the forums for what would be long drawn out discussions on whose level 22 knight can kick whose ass.

Was thinking it...wasn't going to say it....maybe this is why so few people have the hardware skills to enter the TCP/IP embedded device competition. ;)

I was just wondering if anyone in these forums was currently playing World of WarCraft (or played it before). What level is/are your character(s)? Class/Race? Server?

I currently play on the server Gorefiend. I have a human warrior, a night elven druid, and a dwarven hunter. My warrior is my main character though. I don't know his exact level because my desktop's video card is fried... so I'm having to install and update it on my laptop (unless I choose to install it on my Mac to see what that's like). I really enjoy WoW though. The only major MMORPG that I've ever been really hooked on was EverQuest, and I played that for seven years. I've played a lot more MMORPGs, but I always went back to playing EQ. Not that I dropped EQ to play WoW; my credit card expired and I didn't really care that much about renewing the account... so I checked into World of WarCraft (which I had been looking forward to) and I just fell in love with it. As colorful and rich as the graphics are compared to the darkness of EverQuest and EverQuest II's graphics, I still love it.

Talk about your World of WarCraft experiences and such here.
