I think what you need is a private investigator, not a hacker.

As we don't know you from Adam we have no reason to want to help you, or even trust you. You could be an abusive bastard and they don't want to be found. You might be a cop making a very clumsy attempt at entrapment. We don't know.

Still, I will assume you are none of those things and suggest you try the cops before taking matters in to your own hands.
