Good, good. Nice to know I'm still on it. Just out of curiosity, I was wondering..I've figured out how people get on the 'list', but what helps get them off of it?
If you are asking how to get off the list you probably never will.
Generally people who don't belong on it won't ask how to get off. They just will.

I don't know about you... but a car battery hooked up to my nipples tends to do the trick for me.... and if you are asking this question I think you should meet HighWiz... he might help you choose one side of the fence
I don't know that it is the same for every list, but three common items are:
* Time (and)
* Frequency (with)
* Actions/Behavior not normally found in people on the same list
Of course, that can just get you added to another list as you are removed from the first list-- or worse, kept on both lists.

You were put on 'the list' as soon as you started this thread without searching the forums first. I don't imagine you'll be off of it any time soon.

I apologize for asking such a stupid question, lack of sleep makes me do strange and stupid things. Though, I thank you for replying to it, along with offering me a puppy, but I think I shall pass....this time. Maybe one day?
did you just turn down a puppy from noid?! a perfectly good puppy?! noid? man... you just made my list.....
i am new and goin to DC this year, this will be my first time.
Welcome, and try lurking or searching more, or just reading the main website from DefCon. You can see from the number of items returned from google that the topic of $80 seems to come up a lot on the forums.
im in the process reading books, still in the learning stages.
Good hackers are always, "in the learning stages."
im going to try to TAG the devices that im reading about, im hoping to see more (hands on or to actually see) and learn more from everybody out there. i look forward to meeting ppl there and hope to slam a few.
There are threads on how to get along at DefCon and HighWizards collection of Q&A / FAQ for DefCon. Search for both. They are helpful.
anyways. i apologize if i missed the answer somewhere on here but i really checked, so take it easy with ur reply's.
They say, "First one is free," and I am becoming a believer. Searching works. It really does. Please avoid this mistake again.
