To be honest, I look at this the same way I look at Dilbert: hugely amusing unless you've ever had to work in that sort of environment. Yeah, there're some good (meaning insightful) cracks in it, but it really doesn't carry itself on its own merits IMHO.
I will, however, admit that Katherine Parkinson is defintely an eye-grabber, and Graham Linehan (of Father Ted fame) is a damned good writer.

I thought it was pretty funny. I doubt we'll ever see it in the US (on TV), though.
The guy with the glasses proved to be a very funny character, and I got some real laughs from that guy.
I enjoyed the 'RTFM' shirt, as well.
