Well, you have 2 states in the US: Arizona and Hawaii. I think neither uses DST.

If you want to go outside the US, you have many more choices.

However, I see you selected "America/Vancouver" as your timezone. Is this taking place in Canada?

Timezones are set by governments, and sometimes states, counties or cities. If you can't find one for your city, county, or state, then you should probably select one for what your country says you should use. WA, OR and CA are America/Los_Angeles unless a county or city overrides it.

In 2007, the US will be changing when it observes DST to a time about 3 weeks earlier, and there is no guarantee that Canada will follow the US lead on this.
