A search for "torrent" using the search box above provides a hit, on the 3rd thread in the listing called, "blackhat 2006 pdf's" and in that thread appears to be a post by converge.

And yes thank you I found it. Now I'm waiting for the filler videos from ctf area.
(of course I searched, I think folks are waiting to get enough seeders)

I think we are waiting for a compilation of videos from Deviant Ollam and the source of the Videos playing on the wall in the CTF area. Deviant has agrred to send a DVD to the person running the CTF videos. Once duplicates are eliminated, a new, "master" collection of videos will probably be put into a torrent.

Best place to ask about that torrent would be the primary thread of discussion-- the one where Deviant offered to send a DVD via snailmail to the person running the videos in the CTF area.

Since these two topics are covered in other threads for the sake of avoiding duplicated effort and rule violations (multiple threads on the same topic,) I'll be closing this one.
