Do we have any rules for what kind of events to post on it? Does anyone care if we post birthdays? House parties? DCGs meetings? Conventions? Stuff I'm playing at?

We have a few calendars. Birthdays are not published by default, but can be.

1) Public
2) Conventions
3) History

Conventions and History are specialized.

Public is, and has been kind-of open to community stuff. Defcon Group meetings, contests and events, whatnot.

I don't know if we ever defined what was allowed in the Public Calendar, but I know commercial ads would be a no.

As a Leader/Organizer, I think you can add and edit your own events without moderation.
