I'm a big fan of wikipedia but sometimes the authors have no clue what they're talking about:

This entire paragraph says nothing at all. Popular as power sources, eh? According to whom? I wonder whose "cyberwar" arsenal contains all these "popular" power sources.

This is basically an experimental tool being promoted by the article as something that is widely in use.
