  • Need RFID Reader

Ok, weird request I know, but hear me out.

Someone out there has to have a 13.56Mhz RFID reader around. I need something that will give me the raw communications dump of an ISO 14443 chip.

Basically, I have a unique opportunity to prove a point at a public conference about the new US passports, but a short time table and cash flow prevent me from getting the equipment myself. I need do some surreptitious RFID scanning at the conference to prove a point of the susceptibility of the 'tin foil' hat to leak information.

If anyone has access to a suitable reader and can part with it for a week, I'd be most grateful!

They're also based out of our 51st state just like you, so you could probably order it and have it in time

Actually, upon further investigation, it looks like its a 125kHz only reader..
