First heard of it at Shmoocon. It looks like yet another word for FooBar, FuBar. At least that is my understanding. It also appears to be a Perl thang. Perl Programmers out there could you please confirm.

We saw the sticker at Shmoocon and tried to figure it out, but there is precious little on the inturwebs about it other than (as previously mentioned) some perl references.

Preparation:
The  reverse DNS entry for an IP is found by reversing the IP, adding it to "in-addr.arpa", and looking up the PTR record.
So, the reverse DNS entry for 208.113.236.49 is found by looking up the PTR record for

Asking e.root-servers.net for 49.236.113.208.in-addr.arpa PTR record:
