Hey, I'm an idiot (or at least less than savvy on shredders) so how about a brand & model # on that as I need a new one that "really" shreds. Anyone else found a good one that shreds small with a small price? Oh, and thanks in advance.

LOL, because I live in the city here I can't go pyro in a burn barrel but I have found a really cool use for my micro shreds. Since I like to shoot high power air riffles I just stuff garbage bags with the shreds and stack them as basement backstops. Beats shooting lead into basement mortar walls at 1200 fps when I can't get out and nail rodents. Shooting into the shreds has the added advantage of additional shredding while keeping lead impact dust down. "Caveat" only for use with air riffles! Play "outside" with your bigger toys.

These dudes put applications in all my undergrad and grad class rooms 20 years ago! No wonder they know where we all live (including the co-signing parents). Is it any wonder so many irresponsible's are hooked on credit? Seems only the smart ones learned they could make money on credit card companies by paying off the full balance each month.

Not the way it works. Good, shreds small, not cheap. I think I paid around $300 for mine, and that was in 2006. Model numbers would required activity on my part; not going to happen today.

      However...

      "micro cut paper shredder staples"

in google returns any number of items, and the first page is loaded with choices. Mine also destroys CD/DVD and credit cards (but I put the credit cards through twice, since it just cuts them in strips). Be sure, if you purchase one of these, that you also use the cleaner/oil sheets on a regular basis.
