Generally you may want to check out the profiles of the people are you are talking to, or about.
Secondly scan the board, you may find an email or two that you may find useful.
Thirdly it is always nice to address the entities you are speaking to, or about, and what your general intent is.
And of course last, sometimes it isn't the best idea to put a lot of info about yourself... not that everyone on this board couldn't be trusted 100%... of course ;) -
