Does any version of DCPics exist or do we have to make one?

Erehwon's name is currently on the http://defconpics.org/ site, and I've sent a couple of emails his way but have not heard back for DC17 updated links.

Just wondering if anyone knew. I'd be willing to do a page, but gotta ask the person whose server it is if its cool. If anyone can beat me to the punch, that would rock as well.


In the meantime: http://23b.org/gallery/v/23b_members.../Defcons/DC17/ is me. I was everywhere and didn't take many picts, esp of our usual suspects.

Why not do as you have done. Still email contacts at defconpics, but also post your URL here while you wait for a reply.

Import by URL probably won't work, because I think you turned off DNS from pics a few months back during the cache-attack issue, if I remember correctly. When pics will try to resolve the name in a URL, it will fail.

If that is re-enabled for lookups from pics, then the next questions will be on outbound TCP80/TCP443 by pics to snarf the files.

Yeah, I'm starting to get my photos organized and uploaded. I put some from my team, and one of all the badges getting puzzled together. There are plenty to add.

For some reason the movies aren't uploading, but I think that's on my side.
