        Well no one says we cannot unofficially stretch out the con meeting. I'm there until Monday afternoon. Next year I'll make it a week for sure.

        And when I meet folks from southern CA, we can plan out own little conling for when we need another fix.

                Y'know, I think we're on to something with this Cuba thing. I mean, who is more heavily armed than a bunch of hackers?

                                                            I'm a new kid to the scene. all my friends are completely oblivious to computers and so i know noone within the hacking community. i'm not asking straight out for someone to take me under their wing, although it'd be nice, but i was just wondering if a couple of you could show me some places on where i could get started finding out information. i realize that most of you had to find it out on your own, but nowadays every moron who can make a geocities website(or something like it) thinks they are a hacker and can explain hacking or all associated fields. i'm fed up with spending time reading these, and realizing they are completely full of shit. any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
