February Meeting: Saturday February 27th 7:00pm - 9:00pm @ Panera Bread [in the meeting room on the side] at First and Main.

This meeting we will have Special Guest Speakers from the Colorado Springs Police Department Computer Crime Unit.
We'll talk about our new "Hacker Space". That's right we have a "Hacker Space", it's 2,000 plus sq feet, has two large rooms, one office area type space, a bathroom, and a garage. We've already moved some stuff in (including a pool table) and are working on getting more added. We'd like to see people help chip in for the rent if you plan on using the space with us. We plan on using our space for project meetings, parties/get together fun (bbqs and what not), LAN parties, CTF events, and whatnot.
We would love to have visitors who are in the area come to our meeting this month. These types of meetings with Guest Speakers are always a big hit, plus you get to pick the brains of the Detectives from CSPD and you won't get arrested.

It's hacker construction, so I promise our first aid kits are fully stocked in case of any boo-boos.
I've booked the room for 6:15pm till close, so that way we can get set up and people can get food before we start things at 7pm.
I hope that if you're in town or near the Colorado Springs area this weekend that you will stop in. As stated many times before, meetings with guest speakers like this are rare but when they do occur we have a great time.
