Re: shmoocon
Uh, care to narrow it down a bit? There's a lot that's been happening. Even if you don't want to name names, at least tell us if it falls into the category of a) funny, b) embarrassing, or c) blackmail material.Thorn

Yes, we have pictures, I just can't post them right now.A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy. It's long, intrusive, very uncomfortable, and when it's done, you'll have seen things you really didn't want to see, and you'll never forget that you've had one.Comment

Re: shmoocon [roof collapse?]
Thanks streaker, you read my mind.
Wish I had made it. I don't believe I've ever made a snowman in the comfort of an heated/indoor environment. Would have been great fun. roflmao.
Glad to hear no one was injured.Comment

Re: shmoocon [roof collapse?]
The panels that broke probably didn't do it just because of the weight of the snow. When they broke there was about 1' on them, but if you looked down on the panels from above, you could see impacts from snow falling off the upper floors. The wind was gusting pretty good, so chances are, snow fell from above and hit just right to break the panel.
You're right, it was funny. But at the same time, all the idiots that didn't listen to security and wandered underneath the remaining panels deserve boos. Panels could have broken out at any moment and several attendees went down to the lower levels directly underneath.A third party security audit is the IT equivalent of a colonoscopy.
