NOt really. It's a bbq. We grill meat. People eat it. We ask people to give londo money in exchange for meat. And performances and shirts and stuff.
And there is lots of drinking. How has it changed, other than in scope?

With no Titanium Chef this year, Team Smoke will be bringing some of our latest batch of our homemade Jameson glazed bacon and will be whipping up a few appetizers, all are welcome to sample and give feedback. Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

If Jimbo is going this year we may be able to talk him into driving me around for another Sam's run.. I will have to check with him and see what he has going (cash is tight for him now, so dunno if he will be able to make it)..

I have been told that I am to stay away from the grill this year and actually socialize and enjoy my bachelor's party, so we shall see how that goes.. but no way I am missing it. TBBQ is one of my favorite parts of defcon!

I'm actually curious as well if there will be any kind of transportation. I wouldn't trust a cabbie not to screw me to get me out there. More than happy to buy someone a couple of drinks when we get back to the Riv in exchange :).

I'll be attending DefCon 101, so also if someone wants to split a cab afterwards...

Okay, final menu from Team Smoke for Toxic BBQ:

Medjool Dates stuffed with Chorizo and Gruyere, wrapped in Jameson glazed, Apple wood Smoked Bacon.

BBQ Brisket Sliders with homemade Memphis and South Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauces.

Homemade Pork Bratwurst, wrapped in Bacon and grilled, served on a french roll. Might just have sauteed onions as well.

Anyone who wants to partake, just find me next to the uncovered picnic table by the grills, or look for the guy in the pig shirt.
