Rainbow tables are not the way to go here. If you have 10 tables with chains of size 10, that's (10+9+8+7..+2+1) * 10 NTLM hashes you have to compute per hash. For 15,000, that's only 825,000, but I'm guessing your chains are probably closer to something... say... 10,000?
750,075,000,000 hashes for that ( (10000 + 99999 + 99998 ... 2 + 1) * 15000 )
That's just one table with a chain length of ten. Multiply that by your number of tables.
You'd be better off with just a giant dictionary for that. Here's what insidepro's big + rockyou turned up in about 12 seconds for me on a macbook:
