and me? Hell, anyone that knows me know that I have more issues than the new your times. Some people are going to approach this group poorly. Some are going to bring in issues from past social gatherings, some are going to rely on their looks, money, sexual availability... but too few people have the audacity to approach a community like ours with their brains. That could have a lot to do with the fact that when they show up they are willing to learn. Everyone here has been taught something by a noob. Everyone has had the opportunity to be enlightened by someone who you may have previously thought had little to no right being there. I know that I have... and I know that I have been that person for others :)

Siv I love that you wrote this :) I have so much respect for all of you who have spent years studying what you love. I haven't had the courage to let my inner geek come out until now and what a warm welcome it has been ;) Given I went about it all the wrong way running around in the dark, Did I mention I am sorry for that? I know better now. Regardless I want to learn everything I can, Thank you to those who have actually been awesome and considerate. I will be there, ready to learn and hopefully meet some of you very intelligent people. You can label me whatever you want, just remember what it feels like to be labeled yourself. ROFL! Hey Gadsden I upgraded my gear. Nikon D3s, all N lenses from 14mm including the new 70-200VRII with an Aspherical 2x TC, for portraits I have the 135/2DC (impossible to find) and SB900 with SD9.
