Are there any individuals or groups that get together in the South Florida/Broward area? I would like to get together with others that share the same interest in computers, electronics, exploration, etc..

I'm not too sure about Broward county area, but there is a Miami DCG, http://www.dc305.org/.

There is also hackmiami, who have come up recently on the drama scale when they reviewed exploitation frameworks on what everyone is saying is an unfair scale. http://hackmiami.org/

Florida is terrible, but it's getting better. You are welcome to DC407 in Orlando at any point if you are up this way.
