I've heard from tprophet that there are plans to bring back QueerCon to Defcon 19, and the organizers are working to find space for this event.

Present description is:

Open to everyone, but goaled to including GLBT (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered) Hackers at Defcon-- its a party within Defcon! (site) (facebook)

It is probably a good idea to not expect the website to be updated until planning is complete.

Forum is now open and active. Once there is an official post on this from an organizer, I'll delete this thread.
