    Want to help setup a Toronto (ish) local group?

    Just polling to see if anyone feels like partnering up to try to get a local group off the ground for Toronto and/or surrounding areas?

    I'm happy to do my bit, but I'm new to the area so someone with local knowledge would be real asset (ideas of locations of venues, etc, etc).

      Have you checked out Site3 or Hacklab.to? Toronto's got some badass people doing neat things.

          I did see those when googling, but I must admit I had thought their focus was more towards electronics and mechanical rather than networks, software, crypto, etc.

          But they do look to be up to some cool stuff.... I'll make a point of checking them out :)
