    What do you prefer?

I was just wondering what all of you prefer as far as how you set your laptops up with LINUX/UNIX and windows or however you set yours up.

I still consider myself a newb to Linux so I dual-boot Mandrake 8.2 and Win XP PRO (WITH ALL THE PRETTY SHITE TURNED OFF IN XP!, I HATE THAT CRAP).

    OpenBSD
    Redhat
    Mandrake

Normally I would dual boot XP Pro and RH 7.3, but since all I'm bringing to DC is a wardriving box, I've just got RH 7.3 console only on my screaming P120. :) Basically, just whatever ya bring, make damn sure its patched, as if that's not a given.

I wonder how complete a system one can build with all legally free software. And how GOOD it can be.
