    If you self laminate, you could also place something inside where you are going to punch to try n make it waterproof. I'll have to try that when I make mine up.

      Any size you want is great! I think the more forum members that have them, the better it is.

      Besideds the great suggestions from kallahar, you may also want 2 small thin holes that you can insert the pin from the button you get showing that you attended the Defcon 20 Forum Meet!

          My first one was made from floppy disk labels. TwinVega took it to new heights by making me a permanent one. As for size, I would say no more than 5x5 but whatever you are comfortable with. There are no rules.
