Room Layout & Update

This is still subject to change and approval by the hotel & fire marshal, but this is what the basic layout of the HHV will be this year (yes I know that presentation was spelled wrong, this was put together on very little sleep):



Thanks to all of those who have sent in offers to volunteer. I'm still waiting on one or two more tetris blocks to fall into place before the schedule for this and speakers gets put together.

More awesomeness behind the scenes that I can't talk about, but that should make the village a very busy place this year!

I am so jealous as this looks really awesome. I have submitted my room layout request for the Wireless Village (no where near as elaborate) but have not heard back officially.
