According to the DCG listing on the main site ( https://www.defcon.org/html/defcon-g...ups-index.html ) DC318 was last founded July 2012. (Visit the URL and "find-on-page" 318 to see it.)
If this is really you, and you are who you claim to be, then congrats! If not, try contacting the person listed as email contact for it and see what they are doing.
Since there is a listing for DCG 318 on the main site, I've added a forum for DC318, and moved this thread to that forum with a redirection from the local meetings forums which will expire in 3 weeks, leaving this thread to remain in its new location far beyond that same 3 weeks.
