Any interest in an unofficial Freemason meet up?

Hello all,

Over the years i have a meet a few fellow freemasons at defcon. Is there are any interest in meeting up for beer?
I'm thinking of just meeting up at one of the Bar's at the RIO nothing fancy completely informal. If there is enough interest we can discuss the time and place.

Heck yes! My husband (Past Master of #467 and Past Commander KT #61) has been wanting to have a meet up like this at DEFCON for years! Him and I were planning on going to the unofficial "Illuminati Party" (open to all Freemasons, Bonesmen, and members of other secret societies, fraternities, and/or concordant bodies... and their +1s) that we heard several rumors about, then we heard that it was cancelled this year. Heh.

So yeah, just designate a time and a place and he'll be there! ;)

I vote YES! Plus, I think it's awesome that you're a past grand officer for Rainbow and I would love to meet you.

Since I am married to a Mason and am also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star (Chapter #651 and #259), I would like to have an opportunity to meet and fellowship with other women with specific Masonic affiliation - wives, girlfriends, relatives, etc. - here at DEFCON, otherwise it will be another boring sausage fest, and we all know that those are a dime a dozen here! *LOL*

FYI, I got a tweet that the @IlluminatiParty Executive Board had a meeting at 7:30pm at an undisclosed location last night. I guess they're still planning an exclusive party/gathering of some sort this weekend. As far as I know, you can probably get an invite if you're a card-carrying member of the Fraternity, or a spouse/girlfriend/relative of a Freemason. Just look for the Brother nicknamed "Skull Hacker," politely introduce yourself, show him your dues card, and he'll give you all the intel. That's how my husband and I got access.

We'll have to try again next year. I just go around to looking at the forums again today. Besides, I didn't have my card with me so there was no proof I'm a majority member.

Wished I'd seen this before the con. I'm a Past DDGM from Washington... Ah well, maybe next year. :)
