I think I have found the problem, but to be sure can you re-run you script or whatever was able to generate that list for you? The few I checked are working now for me.

Hopefully I am posting this in the right place.

In years past, I have used an RSS app on my smartphone to listen to the audio of previous DEF CON presentations.

When attempting to do the same with the DEF CON 20 RSS audio feed, I am getting a various errors depending upon the podcast client.

This is the URL I am attempting to use: https://www.defcon.org/podcast/defcon-20-audio.rss

I have tried the following podcast apps: Beyondpod, Downcast, PodCruncher

When I manually load the above URL into any of these apps, all of the presentations appear, but I am unable to stream or download the audio.

I would love to catch up on the DC20 presentations that I missed before DC21.

Any suggestions?

There was a re-org of content on the media server, and the relocation of files there broke links to the files because their locations were invalidated.

This means many media-related items for audio and video are now yeilding "404" (file not found) when you try to visit them.

A few choices:
1) You can try visiting https://media.defcon.org/ and navigate to where the content you think might be present would be, download them and save this to play when you want.
2) take advantage of a torrent and download them that way, then copy them over to you portable devices as needed.

Sadly, the link invalidation will require the guy that does the web work to edit many pages by hand, but this time of year he is already really busy with all things DEF CON, so until there is time for the fix, please try a work-around.
