Last Defcon users had to download a certificate to connect to a 'secure' wifi vlan. Are wifi instructions/cert available for DC21 yet?

I do not have the answer for that for this year, but according the the DEF CON Information Booth on twitter, a URL for this was available LAST YEAR: https://wifireg.defcon.org/ (Not in DNS as of the time of this post) [Citation: URL1]

We're working on getting that setup & tested now. The NOC does plan on having wifireg open early/pre-con. It'll probably be next week (same process as the last couple years).

They've setup an official twitter (@DEFCON_NOC) to follow, and you can also watch http://www.defconnetworking.org/ for info/updates.
