Is DC317 alive?

I found a thread from 2004 about the Indy dc group, but I cannot seem to find anyone who k.ows anything about it. The site has been under construction for the last year I checked on it and cyberpsychos email address does not reply.

If dc317 is dead, is there anyone in Indiana doing a dc group?
