    while it may not be feasible to do this at the Rio (where the con space is so far away from the hotel rooms) here's a short video of how we ran the contest at DerbyCon this past year...

    ... the target was an actual room that the attacking Red Teamers had to break into, then dash through while opening many physical containers, disabling firearms (non-firing training replicas), pwning a computer, photographing secret documents, etc etc.

    and yes, there were still plenty of dongs.
