zephyr says in email, Project 2 to be run by catatonicprime, to return DEF CON 22

I have a reply in private email from the previous leader/organizer of the contest "Project 2" (Zephyr) confirming that this contest has been handed to catatonicprime to run for DEF CON 22.

With this, there is word from catatonicprime saying that "Project 2" is planned for a return to DEF CON 22:

Any word on this year?

I did not see any update stating it would return this year. I've asked contest/events/villages about it. The latest info from Grifter on this is that at this time it won't happen at DC23.
