    5320.20 Reminder

    For those bringing out title 2 firearms out of state that require an ATF form 5320.20, you should considering sending them in now. My last set for this year took 3 months door to door.

      Minor update, I put in another 5320.20 and it came back in a few weeks.

      I just didn't want anyone to be discouraged and end up not sending in a form because of my first post.

          According to ATF website, 5320.20 is not required for suppressors. Has anyone had any issue transporting them without the form?

              Same with AOWs, and I've never had a problem. Just bring a copy of your stamp.

              I've never even had to show my stamp to anyone either.
