This is our fifth year hosting the Network Forensics Puzzle Contest so get ready for a challenging, sometimes absurd, and always fun competition. Rumor has it Edward Snowden is working with Julian Assange, and the notorious pair have released some documents indicating bribery within the International Chessboxing Association. Never heard of chessboxing? Time to get acquainted.
It's your job to use your network forensics savvy to figure out what is going on, who is bribing who and why. You might be surprised by what you discover...if you can make it to the final round!
Last year, over 250 teams entered the puzzle contest. The top three finishers came down to:
1. Red Team
2. Tom Pohl
3. PSKL
Keep up to speed with the contest at http://forensicscontest.com/. Can't wait to see you at DEFCON!
