      That link doesn't take me to any particular cruise... should it? That sounds nifty cool! How many people would need to participate in order to get that rate? What port would it depart from? That would be really choice for a spring or fall con.

                      wow! thats alot of questions.....

                      um.....
                      no, thats not a link to a specific company/ship/date
                      yes we could leave form florida or soCal
                      no, DC should stay in vegas
                      yes, it would make an awsome fall con
                      no, thats a regular rate not a group rate. if we had alot of people go we could get hella cheap pricing.
                      yes, if it (CruiseCon) was big enough they might let us lay cat5 cable.
                      no, i have no idea how to plan a con.

                      plus, because all meals and lodging are included, it would cost a fraction of the amount (gross out of wallet cost) that dc does.

                      so is this an idea?

                      p.s. i have a friend that has booked an entire ship before. if we have enough people, we could do it.
                      we could do it even if we only make up 1/5 of the ship.

                          I think for groups we'd get a free room for every 25 rooms sold or so.
