DEF CON Shoot still a GO! (Ignore road closure sign)

Deviant Ollam mentioned on twitter there is a "road closed" sign on the road out to the shoot, but you should ignore it and continue to the shoot.

Maybe I'm blind, I'm looking for the thread that tells us WHEN and WHERE to met to caravan out to the site, and the schedule thereafter. It's not the first sticky.
