I do not think that was the first tweet on this, but it was the first one I found today. If anyone tracks it back to the original tweet or announcement, feel free to give them credit.

This is accurate, I was working with this team over 30+ hours. Although I would correct the way Thor documented 4b, it's easier to just use the Chinese numbers converted to binary.
