I have no answer on specific dates.

If this was not announced at the closing ceremonies, then you can wait for an official announcement, which often happens in a few months, or you can make some assumptions:
1) Assume it will be next year near end of July, beginning of August
2) Assume it will be the Th-Su immediately after Black Hat USA (Las Vegas) , 2015, and see when that is announced

Assumptions have risks, but accurate guessing before announcement can bring an advantage.

If someone hears the dates at the closing ceremonies and is willing to post them, and you trust their claim, then you might have actionable information.

They announced at closing ceremonies that DEFCON 23 is moving to both Paris AND Bally's. They are connected internally, so anyone going from one to the other does not need to go out into direct sunlight.
