      pretty paranoid...i just figure you can't ever be too secure, so I try to take all measures possible to ensure this

          knowing that people like myself exsist all over the world is reason enough to atleast take the most basic precautions. Not to be secure is asking to be screwed with.. unless of course you don't mind people browsing threw everything on your computer and using your network or any resource available how ever they may wish.

              I never used to be very paranoid. A recent call from home while i was on vacation regarding the local police taking my computers away from my house has caused me to rethink.

                Up to 9/11.. I was not that bad.
                After 9/11, I do tend to be a little parranoid. There is always that little fear that if you say the wrong thing you may become an "unperson" before too long.. all in the name of fighting terrorism, of course.
                Happiness is a belt-fed weapon.
