Everyone else is having such luck... figured I'd give it a go. Everything is running beautifully on my laptop under Slackware 8.1 except one thing - APM. I have it running, but it's quite buggy. Every time I touch it, it just gets worse. I upgraded to the 2.4.20 kernel, hoping there might be some miracle fixes, but alas, it's still buggy. Does anyone have APM working perfectly on this particular notebook, and if so, could you please list your APM kernel configuration options? I think I just haven't found the right combination yet, and I'm getting very frustrated.
