When I was a kid (when touch tone phones were new, and wireless phones were unheard of) I knew some other kids in school who had acess to some pretty neat phone numbers. Dialing 112211 would result in a computer voice telling you the number you are calling from. I used to know a half dozen numbers like that that all had different results.

The numbers would be changed every now and then. I don't know any now, I'm not into phones. Did they ever publish these in 2600?Comment

yeah all the time, though it wasn't the best idea since a lot of them weren't meant for mass usage, and thus were changed or shut down... you can find tons of old ones on old text boards, but they are still out there that are still valid and then some.Originally posted by astcell
