NOTICE: NEW MANAGEMENT - README

The HAM Radio exams will return to DEF CON 23 under the leadership of dc408. They will include training sessions, and "exam cram" tracks, before the actual exams open up. More information to be disclosed in the new forum for that group in coming days.

The HAM Radio Exams are NOT canceled (however, DEF CON will be canceled this year so it really does not matter)

As a follow-up, word from Hackajar is that the new group to run Ham Radio Exams was given approval to run it. Contests/Event approved new forum for it, which has been created:

This old forum is kept around, because I do not like deleting member content, and this allows me to keep both collections of planning separate in their own container.
